We had a fantastic stay in this lovely two-bedroom apartment in Portrush. The apartment was bright, modern and spotlessly clean, with everything we needed for a comfortable stay, including all the necessary appliances and amenities. The location is excellent — perfectly situated for enjoying everything Portrush has to offer, with the beach, restaurants and local attractions all within easy reach. Peter was a great host and was easily contactable throughout our stay, which made everything very straightforward. We thoroughly enjoyed our time here and would definitely recommend Portrush by the Sea to others. We’re already looking forward to returning!

The location of the Airbnb was excellent- in close walking distance to a cliff path, sports amenities, playground and restaurants in one direction and the centre of Portrush in the other and yet it was a quiet street. The apartment we stayed in was on the top floor, the stairs are narrow and steep, bear this in mind in terms of luggage and any mobility issues. The flat was clean & well organised with everything one would need for a short stay & for a small family. The apartment is small and quite compact. In terms of decor and ambience it is basic and more utilitarian in style but it functions well. Shampoo & shower gel & towels were supplied which saved packing and was much appreciated. The main bed was not very comfortable for me, though it may suit others, I found it hard, and the pillows were not great, I didn’t sleep well. A mattress topper would help. The bed linens were clean but basic. Communications with the host and all instructions were clear and friendly.

My wife and I had a lovely stay here, the location is superb, everything on your doorstep from stunning views to the restaurants and pubs all within a very short walk. Peter was very helpful and communicated very well, no hick ups at all, the apartment is very spacious, very clean and has everything you need for your stay. I would definitely recommend staying here.

Wir hatten einen super Aufenthalt in Portrush. Die Lage der Wohnung ist top! Es gibt einen tollen Spielplatz gleich um die Ecke am Meer. Nicht zu empfehlen ist Portrush am Samstag. Das Städtchen war überfüllt, leider auch mit vielen jungen Leuten, welche zu viel Alkohol getrunken haben. Am Freitag war es viel ruhiger und gemütlicher.

Had a great stay in Portrush at Peter's place. Perfect location with so many accessible amenities within walking distance. There are beaches, parks, resturants and great walks along the coastline a short distance from the apartment. They had forgot to leave a cot for my 2 yr old, within 5 mins of notifying Peter he was there with the cot and very apologetic. The one detail that was left out or maybe I just didn't see it was the apart was on the 3rd floor. So with two kids under it just meant the stair cases were not ideal, in terms of getting in and out of the property, not a deal breaker but just would have been nice to know before we got there! We enjoyed our break in Portrush and would stay again.

Myself, my husband and our two little girls spent last night in princess yellow 3. Great location, within walking distance of Main Street, the Ramore and most importantly-Curry’s fun park! Check in was extremely simple, Peter provided clear and timely instructions and there was plenty of on street parking available. The apartment itself is beautiful. So modern and fresh, spotless clean with everything we could have needed and more. Peter really has considered everything, right down to having plastic bowls, plates, cups and cutlery for the children. Clear instructions for how to use heating, wifi etc. Beds very comfortable and the bunk beds in particular were a massive hit with my girls. Lovely warm and powerful shower. Fresh towels provided, along with shower essentials. We loved our stay in Princess Yellow 3 and have already decided we will book again for a getaway over the summer months. Many thanks to Peter-excellent host!
