We booked this Airbnb at the last minute, and the host couldn't have made the process any easier. Everything was ready for us when we arrived, and the place looked exactly like the photos. Overall nice, but there was no cooking oil while the listing says they have it. Also they said they'll arrange a top up for it but we didn't receive it. Due to the rainy weather it was quite inconvenient because we had our groceries to cook and expected some oil there but there wasn't. Lastly, almost all plates, cups and cutlery were slightly oily and dirty so needed to wash them before using. Peter was very responsive though. Thanks for taking care of us Peter. The location was very nice too.

Great location for children as open park just across the road and beach around the corner. Spacious apartment on ground floor, so handy for pram usage. Apartment was spotless with comfortable beds and large corner sofa in living room made for a home from home stay away. Modern furniture and everything you would require for a great holiday. Would definitely stay again.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at 1 Dunluce Green. It was perfect for a small family, we had a 4 year old who just loved the bunk beds and a 6 month old. We just walked into portrush everyday with the pram/scooter. The house was so well equipped, having the essentials there was so handy. Everywhere was clean and tidy and the beds were soo comfy. Peter was very friendly and always on hand to help with any problems. The perfect little house and perfectly situated close by the beach and just 10 min drive into portstewart too.
